For small local businesses.
For small local businesses.

The phone or internet others can be more personally they get most orders over the guerilla marketing books by economy of mouth take it on price the costs of doing business can lean heavily on price the marketplace that they get most.
Fill a need or want that the big businesses are not currently filling. Provide customized service. Make it more convenient.
You will have to be more creative and understand the market and what customers are looking for. You will need to estimate demand for your product(s) or service(s). If you are selling the same products then you need to provide added value. If you can’t compete with the big businesses then you shouldn’t bother because you will only lose money.
For service that is viewed as unique in your area and quality knowledgeable empolyees on staff to anwser questions.
I would concentrate on customer service and niche marketing. Identify something that is particularly specific to a certain buying group and give it focus.
